At Zenergy, we are committed to processing and delivering your research compounds with efficiency and transparency. Because our products are highly sensitive research materials, we adhere to strict shipping protocols. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
- Verification: All orders are subject to strict age and identity verification. If we are unable to verify that you are at least 18 years of age or if your order is flagged by our fraud prevention system, processing may be delayed or canceled.
- Order Modifications: Our fulfillment center works quickly to dispatch orders. Once an order has been processed or handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
2. Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Zenergy strictly ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the purchase, receipt, and possession of research chemicals are fully compliant with your local and state regulations before placing an order.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Please note that any delivery dates provided are estimates only. Zenergy does not guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.
4. Address Accuracy
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is 100% accurate and complete.
- Zenergy is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not issue a refund. Reshipping the package may require an additional shipping fee at the customer’s expense.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed over to the third-party shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), Zenergy assumes no liability for the shipment.
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit, misdelivered, or stolen after delivery is confirmed.
- We are not liable for product degradation or damage caused by carrier mishandling or extreme temperature exposure during transit.
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
6. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs
In accordance with our strict All Sales Are Final policy, all shipping costs are completely non-refundable. If you refuse a shipment or if a package is returned to us for any reason, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
