What are your products used for?
All products sold by Zenergy are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. They are intended to be handled by qualified researchers and scientists in controlled environments. Our products are not for human consumption, animal use, bodily introduction, or therapeutic application.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
All sales are final. Because our products are highly sensitive research chemicals, we must maintain a strict chain of custody to guarantee their purity and integrity. Once a product has left our facility, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept credit card payments. Please contact with inquiries for further payment options.
My order arrived missing an item. What do I do?
If there is an error on our end with fulfillment, please contact us at shop@zenergyusa.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the items you received. If verified, we will send a replacement for the missing item. We do not issue cash refunds.
Are your products tested for purity?
Yes. Quality and purity are our top priorities. We provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for our products to verify their molecular integrity and purity. You can find the relevant COA linked directly on each product page.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Zenergy strictly ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the purchase, receipt, and possession of research chemicals are fully compliant with your local and state regulations before placing an order.
