At Zenergy, we are committed to providing the highest quality research chemicals and peptides to the scientific community. Due to the highly sensitive nature of our research-use-only materials and our strict quality control standards, we enforce a rigorous no-return and no-refund policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
To ensure the integrity, purity, and safety of our products, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility. A strict chain of custody is required for research chemicals, as they are highly sensitive to handling, storage, and environmental conditions. We cannot guarantee the status of a product once it has been delivered. Therefore, all sales are strictly final.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been shipped. Please double-check your cart, shipping address, and research requirements before completing your purchase.
3. Product Concerns, Damaged, or Missing Items
While Zenergy is not liable for damages or losses caused by shipping carriers, we do want to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. If you believe there is an issue with your order (such as a shipping error, missing items, or a compromised product upon arrival), we are committed to reviewing it thoroughly.
To initiate a review, you must contact us at info@zenergyusa.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:

Prompt answers to any follow-up questions from our team
It is the researcher’s responsibility to provide all requested information so we can properly investigate. All reported issues are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a verified issue is found to be due to our error or a compromised product upon arrival, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds.
4. Non-Eligible Situations
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or store credits for issues outside of our direct control, including:

Orders placed incorrectly by the researcher

Claims made without sufficient documentation
5. Shipping Responsibility
Once an order leaves our facility, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at info@zenergyusa.com.

7. Customs and Confiscations
It is the researcher’s responsibility to know the laws and regulations of their specific region regarding the importation of research chemicals. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs or local authorities, and we will not issue refunds for confiscated items.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to this policy. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue is considered a violation of these terms.
