1. All Sales Are Final
To ensure the integrity, purity, and safety of our products, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our facility. A strict chain of custody is required for research chemicals, and we cannot guarantee the storage conditions or handling of a product once it has been delivered. Therefore, all sales are strictly final.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please double-check your cart, shipping address, and research requirements before completing your purchase.
3. Damaged or Missing Items
While Zenergy is not liable for damages or losses caused by shipping carriers, we do want to ensure you receive what you ordered.

- You must provide your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and the items received.
- If the error was on our end, we will gladly issue a replacement for the missing or incorrect items. We do not issue cash refunds for these errors.
4. Order Cancellations

- If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Customs and Confiscations
It is the buyer’s responsibility to know the laws and regulations of their specific region regarding the importation of research chemicals. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs or local authorities, and we will not issue refunds for confiscated items.
